The products sold on this website are advertised and sold by Pelletterie D&D srl (VAT number 06541790488), a company registered in the Florence Business Register (REA number FI-636653), with registered office in Sesto Fiorentino (FI), via Renato Bruschi 138.

All the goods are made with leathers purchased from tanneries belonging to the Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium (Tuscany-Italy); there is a warranty that certifies the quality of each item.
Orders can be sent electronically, upon free online registration on the website.
When placing your order, please verify the accuracy of the data and the shipping address. If there is an error, please let us know right away at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is possible to personalize your product through a “hot” incision directly on the leather. This service is free but must be requested when ordering by filling in the appropriate field. It is possible to engrave initials, a name, a nickname, a date etc. as we are equipped with both uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. We recommend that you always leave a telephone number so that you can be contacted by the staff to evaluate and agree on a variation based on the chosen object. The customization is carried out in different points of the object according to the characteristics of the model.
Keep in mind that, unless otherwise agreed by phone or e-mail, the staff will proceed with the personalization just as indicated by the customer in the appropriate field.

The prices lsited are in EURO and are inclusive of VAT for the Member States of the European Union. Shipping is FREE for the whole the Italian territory. For other countries, a contribution is required for shipping costs.
For direct orders in non-EU countries, local duties and taxes may be requested at the time of delivery.
Payment can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

Once the order has been completed, the customer can request an electronic invoice by filling in the appropriate form in the personal area of the website. It is necessary to enter all the required information correctly. The customer will receive the invoice on his portal or on his certified e-mail after sending it to the Income Revenue Authority. The invoice can only be requested at the time of the order. Requests on dates subsequent to the day of the order will not be accepted.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Shipping is FREE inside the Italian territory.
Depending on product availability, orders received before 12:00 are processed on the afternoon of the same day. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited (it takes about 3 working days). If you wish to speed up the shipment, you need to send a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer, specifying the name of the buyer and the order number, to our e-mail address (email@example.com).
Delivery times depend exclusively on the times stated by the carrier. Generally, deliveries in Italy take place within 24 hours of payment, for locations in the center-north and center-south. Delivery times are longer, from 48 hours up to a maximum of 3 working days, for more distant locations or islands. For other countries, delivery times extend beyond 3 working days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the day he received the products purchased on pelletterieded.com. Pelletterie D&D guarantees a 100% refund of the returned product. Customized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Furthermore, all products without a tag or with a tag removed, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
The customer must request the return from the appropriate section in his personal area of the website. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. In the event that the original packaging is unavailable or unusable, we ask you to use an appropriate packaging in order to provide enough protection against damage during transport.
Returns entail the payment of shipping costs by the customer if the product is not returned due to an initial error of the company.
WARRANTY AND COMPLIANCE
The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order. If the delivered products show defects or alterations from the order, the customer must contact Pelletterie D&D within 48 hours of delivery, by sending an email with photos of the defects found to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Pelleterie D&D products are guaranteed for 24 months from the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal use, accident, abuse or normal wear and tear of the materials.
We also warn that the images and colors of the articles on the website may not fully correspond to the actual colors due to the type of computer screen or browser used for navigation.
