All the goods are made with leathers purchased from tanneries belonging to the Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium (Tuscany-Italy); there is a warranty that certifies the quality of each item.

It is possible to personalize your product through a “hot” incision directly on the leather. This service is free but must be requested when ordering by filling in the appropriate field. It is possible to engrave initials, a name, a nickname, a date etc. as we are equipped with both uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. We recommend that you always leave a telephone number so that you can be contacted by the staff to evaluate and agree on a variation based on the chosen object. The customization is carried out in different points of the object according to the characteristics of the model.
Keep in mind that, unless otherwise agreed by phone or e-mail, the staff will proceed with the personalization just as indicated by the customer in the appropriate field.

The prices lsited are in EURO and are inclusive of VAT for the Member States of the European Union. Shipping is FREE for the whole the Italian territory. For other countries, a contribution is required for shipping costs.
For direct orders in non-EU countries, local duties and taxes may be requested at the time of delivery.


Payment can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

Once the order has been completed, the customer can request an electronic invoice by filling in the appropriate form in the personal area of the website. It is necessary to enter all the required information correctly. The customer will receive the invoice on his portal or on his certified e-mail after sending it to the Income Revenue Authority. The invoice can only be requested at the time of the order. Requests on dates subsequent to the day of the order will not be accepted.


Shipping is FREE throughout Italy for orders over €60.
Depending on product availability, orders received before 12:00 are processed on the afternoon of the same day. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited (it takes about 3 working days). Delivery times depend exclusively on the times stated by the carrier. Generally, deliveries in Italy take place within 24 hours of payment, for locations in the center-north and center-south. Delivery times are longer, from 48 hours up to a maximum of 3 working days, for more distant locations or islands. For other countries, delivery times extend beyond 3 working days.


Pelletterie D&D ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 14 days from the delivery date. According to the art. 52 Right of withdrawal – legislative reference (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The following are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
  • Customized products or products purchased for B2B sale.
  • All products without a label or with a label removed, used or incomplete etc…
  • Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, shoulder strap, handles, tags, relative guarantee, etc.)
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
  • The object must arrive at the headquarters no later than 15 working days, in the event of longer times, the return will be considered void
  • The packaging of the goods must be carried out with the original box in order to prevent the goods from reaching their destination damaged.
  • In the event that the original packaging is unusable, the customer can use an equivalent box in terms of size and strength.

Pelletterie D&D will supply the label, exclusively for shipments to Italy. Only one label is provided for each order. If a different label is used, the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
In the event of returns outside Italy, all shipping costs, taxes or other costs will be charged to the customer. It will be the buyer’s duty to inform Pelletterie D&D of the date, tracking number and chosen courier. In this case the customer is responsible for the shipment itself
For all other cases, the return is the responsibility of the customer who is fully responsible for it. Therefore it is recommended to use a traceable shipping system.
The return must be sent to the following address:

Return shipments made in ways other than those indicated above will not be accepted.
Once the return has arrived at its destination, Pelletterie D&D will check the legitimacy of the return and verify the correctness of the operations and the integrity of the product
Afterwards, only the purchase amount will be refunded, not the shipping costs (or any additional fees).
These sums will be credited back through the system with which the payment was made within ten days of receiving the returned goods.
All Pelletterie D&D products are guaranteed for 48 months from the date of delivery.

Each product may vary slightly in color or texture, due to the particularity of the tanning process and the natural products used. D&D does not consider this a flaw, but rather a sign of uniqueness. To guarantee the authenticity of the products, D&D provides a Certificate of Guarantee.
This guarantees that our leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origin and does not contain substances prohibited by law. The tannin extracts are the fundamental ingredients of the slow tanning process and give the best quality.
Each item is made with care and subjected to accurate quality controls. Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches that may be present on the leather testify to its naturalness, making each leather unique in its kind.
While D&D products are manufactured to exacting standards with the best quality workmanship and materials, they are not indestructible.
The guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on the website

D&D bags are protected by a four-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required).
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse of the bag or from any alteration, service or repair performed by anyone other than D&D
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents caused directly or indirectly by the customer, abrasion, water, solvents, wear and tear and damage caused by carriers. Nor does it cover incidental damages such as breakage or loss of contents of a bag, loss of use or time, or other similar expenses.
The shipping costs of the D&D product to be repaired will be borne by the customer, the repair and subsequent shipment will be borne by D&D.
