No, customers are not required to register on the website.
If you wish to register, you can do so in My Account before placing the order or, when you proceed to payment, click on “Checkout Details” then you will need to enter an email and a password.

In the event that a customer has forgotten his/her password, or wants to change it, he/she can go to My Account – Account Details and change the password.

Pelletterie D&D will process the order within 24-48 hours from order confirmation.

Pelletterie D&D is committed to making sure that the order is delivered within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Shipping in Italy is free, the courier will take about 48h to deliver the package.

The shipping costs are € 20.00 for deliveries within the EU, and € 40.00 for shipping to the United States and Extra EU Countries. For shipping to Extra EU Countries, the courier will take about 5/7 working days to deliver your package.

Pelletterie D&D would like to remind customers that delivery times may be delayed on days close to holidays, and that couriers will not make deliveries on holidays and weekends.

Yes, of course, Pelletterie D&D offers a personalization service by engraving the articles displayed on the site

Personalization must be requested by filling in the appropriate form when ordering. This service is free of charge and will not affect shipping / delivery times. The personalization will be made in place of the logo (two sails) if the customer also wants the logo the personalization will be made under the logo.

In case you decide to personalize the bag with your own design, you need to send an email to to request a quote, since this service has an initial cost of € 35.00 and will affect delivery times.

Pelletterie D&D offers the possibility of adding a shoulder strap to the bags that are fabricated without one, in these cases the shoulder strap can be attached to the handles of the bag.

This service is free of charge, and the customer must make a request when ordering.

At the moment, Pelletterie D&D does not offer gift wrap, but all bags come with a PCV dust bag.

The customer must be logged into My Account, click on Make a Return and fill in the appropiate form.
The customer has the right to make a return within 14 working days from the delivery of the product without any penalty and without a justification.
Important: personalized products or products purchased for B2B sales are not eligible for returns.

Each product may vary slightly in color or texture, due to the particularity of the tanning process and the natural products used. D&D does not consider this a flaw, but rather a sign of uniqueness. To guarantee the authenticity of the products, D&D supplies a Certificate of Guarantee.
This guarantees that our leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origin and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are the basic ingredients of the slow tanning process and harm the best quality.

Each item is made with care and subjected to accurate quality controls. Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches that may be present on the leather testify to its naturalness, making each leather unique in its kind.

Although D&D products are made in compliance with  quality standards thanks to the best quality workmanship and materials, they are not indestructible.

D&D bags are protected by a four-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use of the bag or from any alteration, service or repair performed by anyone other than D&D

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents caused directly or indirectly by the customer, abrasion, water, solvents, wear and tear and damage caused by carriers. It also does not cover incidental damages such as breakage or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use or time, or other similar expenses.

The shipping costs of the D&D product to be repaired will be borne by the customer, the repair and subsequent shipment will be borne by D&D.

Repair times may vary according to the nature of the intervention.
