Pelletterie D&D will process the order within 24-48 working hours after receiving it.

Subject to availability of the items, if orders reach the company by 12:00 they are processed the afternoon of the same day, otherwise the order will be processed the following working day.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the funds are credited (it takes about 3 working days); if the customer wishes to speed up the shipment, it is necessary to send a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer to our email address ([email protected]) specifying the name of the buyer and order number.

Shipments in Italy:

Pelletterie D&D undertakes to ensure that the order is delivered within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation.

Shipping is free for orders over €80. The courier will take approximately 24/48 working hours to deliver the package, in Italy, one more day in the islands.

Shipments in Europe:

Shipments in Europe will cost from €12.00 to €35.00 depending on the destination country and the type of shipment (standard or express)

In this case the courier will take approximately 3/5 working days to deliver your package with standard shipping, approximately 2 working days with express shipping.

Shipments outside Europe:

Shipments outside Europe will cost €40.00 for the United States and non-European countries.

In this case the courier will take approximately 5/10 working days to deliver your package.

ESSENTIAL NOTE: any costs of duties or customs taxes are fully borne by the customer even in the case of returns.

In the event that the customer refuses to collect the order, any return costs

will be deducted from the refund.

We also remind you that according to our Returns and Refunds policy, the

refund of personalized bags will not be made
