Before completing the RETURN request form, we remind you that:
Pelletterie D&D ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase within and no later than 14 days from the delivery date. According to the art. 52 Right of withdrawal – legislative reference (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The following are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
- Custom products or products purchased for B2B sale.
- All products without a label or with a label removed, used or incomplete, etc…
- Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, shoulder strap, handles, tags, relative guarantee, etc.)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
- The object must arrive at the headquarters no later than 15 working days, in the event of longer times, the return will be considered void
- The packaging of the goods must be carried out with the original box in order to prevent the goods from reaching their destination damaged.
If the original packaging is unusable, the customer can use an equivalent box in terms of size and strength.
