(TVA IT06541790488), une entreprise de maroquinerie artisanale n\u00e9e en Toscane. Quelques artisans, forts de plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les entreprises locales, d\u00e9cident d\u2019ouvrir leur propre petit atelier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">Ils partagent la passion du m\u00e9tier, la confiance en leur savoir-faire et une attention particuli\u00e8re aux mati\u00e8res et aux finitions. Les premiers clients viennent surtout des environs. Ils appr\u00e9cient la solidit\u00e9 des sacs et le soin des d\u00e9tails, et les commandes se multiplient. Peu \u00e0 peu, le groupe initial devient un atelier de plus de vingt personnes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">En grandissant, nous souhaitons donner une identit\u00e9 \u00e0 nos sacs. Ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une histoire et une fa\u00e7on bien \u00e0 eux d\u2019\u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s. Avec l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9, l\u2019atelier doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de nouvelles attentes : des prix plus bas, des mod\u00e8les diff\u00e9rents et une production plus rapide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">Des id\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes apparaissent aussi au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Faut-il simplifier la fabrication et augmenter les volumes, ou conserver les exigences de mati\u00e8res et de confection des d\u00e9buts ? Ces visions conduisent finalement certains associ\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre des chemins s\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">Une p\u00e9riode difficile et plus discr\u00e8te commence alors pour D&amp;D. Restent pourtant notre amour de la maroquinerie et la volont\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 exercer ce m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">Nous n\u2019avons jamais cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir une grande entreprise industrielle. Des artisans exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences rejoignent l\u2019\u00e9quipe, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de personnes qui d\u00e9couvrent la maroquinerie. Nos artisans \u00e9valuent les couleurs, les nuances et le caract\u00e8re des peaux \u00e0 Santa Croce sull\u2019Arno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin: 0 0 18px;\">Le travail dans les cuves de tannage, avec des tanins d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, demande du temps et de l\u2019attention.
