Follow these indications and your bag will accompany you 20-30 years without problems.<\/p>\n<h2>Why leather needs maintenance<\/h2>\n<p>Vegetable-tanned leather is a <em>living<\/em> material. It contains natural oils, is porous, breathes. Without regular contact with your skin and occasional nourishment, it tends to dry, harden, lose luster, develop micro-cracks, and absorb stains more permanently.<\/p>\n<p>The good news: leather bag maintenance is much less complicated than most think. Just <strong>4 recurring actions<\/strong> keep it in shape for life.<\/p>\n<h2>Weekly cleaning: 2 minutes of attention<\/h2>\n<p>This is the most important and most ignored gesture. They&#8217;re designed for industrial leather and can alter natural patina.<\/p>\n<h3>How to apply<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Clean bag with dry cloth<\/li>\n<li>Put a small amount of cream on fingertip or soft cloth<\/li>\n<li>Distribute in small regular circles, from center to edges<\/li>\n<li>Let absorb 15-20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Wipe clean cloth to remove excess<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A classic-format doctor&#8217;s bag needs 5-10 grams of cream per treatment.
